NOTE:\u00a0<\/em>Booking an appointment confirms your understanding of refund, travel, payment, and cancellation policy<\/em>. ALL persons signing must present ID at the signing session. You must review the NOTARY ID REQUIREMENTS<\/a> at: <\/em>https:\/\/theconcierge.net\/wordpress\/about\/requirements\/. Failure to have proper ID at the signing will cause the sessions to be cancelled. There are NO REFUNDS of travel fees due to no ID at signing session.<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

REFUND POLICY:<\/em><\/strong><\/b>\u00a0Notarial acts are not refundable. Travel fees paid for cancelled sessions outside of the 2 hour requirement, will may be refunded within 1 business days by TheConcierge.net. Your banking systems may take longer to post in your account.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

TRAVEL FEE POLICY:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/b>You will be invoiced for travel fees prior to your appointment. Prompt online payment is required\u00a0 before an appointment is confirmed to avoid cancellation.<\/em><\/p>\n

PAYMENT POLICY: <\/em><\/strong><\/b>Travel fees must be paid in advance of the appointment. All notary fees will be paid at the beginning of service prior to the notarial act via credit card or email invoice through your electronic device and the Square App. Due to security reasons, we do not accept cash.<\/em><\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY:\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/b>There is NO cancellation fee for appointments cancelled 2 hours before the confirmed appointment. There is a $5 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the pre-paid travel fee if cancelled less than 2 hours of appointment time.\u00a0 A refund will be processed minus any cancellation fees.<\/em><\/p>\n
